# How to Change Your Login Email or Password

# How to Change Your Login Email or Password

This article explains how to change your login email or password in 100Hires. You can update your login credentials at any time from your user settings.

## How to change your email

2. Find the **Email** field
3. Enter your new email address
4. Click **Save**

## How to change your password

1. Go to [Settings / User Settings](https://app.100hires.com/settings/user)

3. Enter your new password
4. Confirm the new password
5. Click **Save**

## Password requirements

Choose a strong password that:
* Is at least 8 characters long
* Contains a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
* Is not used on other websites

## Forgot your password?

If you can't log in:

1. Go to the [login page](https://app.100hires.com/auth/login)
2. Click **Forgot password?**
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for the password reset link
5. Click the link and set a new password
