## Managing global pipeline stages

View all pipeline stages at [Settings / Pipeline Stages](https://app.100hires.com/settings/stages). ![How to Create Custom Workflows and Pipeline Stages: Managing global pipeline stages](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/4/f/a/a/4faab8f2b2ab0400/screenshot-8-ui-element-showin_tmosi4.png)

Adding stages here makes them available in the workflow dropdown, but they don't automatically appear in any workflow until you add them.

## Tips

* Create workflows for distinct hiring processes
* Keep workflows focused (not too many stages)
* Add automations to reduce manual work
* Test workflows with a few candidates before full rollout
