3. Filter by specific jobs or view all ![How to Track Where Candidates Came From: Source reports](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/4/f/a/a/4faab8f2b2ab0400/how-to-use-trackable-links-6_1yjkvs5.png)
4. See metrics:
* Candidates from each source
* Conversion through pipeline stages
* Cost per hire (if tracking costs)

### What the report shows

| Source | Candidates | Phone Screen | Interview | Hired |
| ---- |
| Indeed | 150 | 45 | 20 | 5 |
| LinkedIn | 80 | 35 | 18 | 4 |
| Referrals | 25 | 20 | 15 | 8 |

This helps identify:
* Volume sources (Indeed brings most candidates)
* Quality sources (Referrals have highest hire rate)
* Where to invest recruiting budget

## Trackable links

Create custom trackable links for sources not automatically tracked:

3. Create link with source name
4. Use that link when posting to that channel ![How to Track Where Candidates Came From: Trackable links](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/4/f/a/a/4faab8f2b2ab0400/how-to-use-trackable-links-8_gp1ksu.png)
