How to Quickly Screen Candidates Using Keyboard Shortcuts
This article explains how to use keyboard shortcuts to rapidly review candidates without touching your mouse. Speed up your screening process by navigating between candidates and taking quick actions entirely from your keyboard.
Available shortcuts
When viewing a candidate profile (from table or pipeline view), hold Shift and press:

Quick screening workflow
Use this flow to rapidly review candidates:
- Open the first candidate from your list
- Shift + R - View their resume
- Review qualifications
- Decision:
- Qualified: Shift + S (advance to next stage)
- Not qualified: Shift + Q (disqualify)
- Shift + ↓ - Move to next candidate
- Repeat

Hold Shift while on a candidate profile to see a visual indicator of available shortcuts.

- Practice the workflow on a few candidates first
