How to Quickly Screen Candidates Using Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts help you review candidates without moving between mouse and keyboard. They work in candidate profiles opened from table or pipeline views.
View available shortcuts
Hold Shift on a candidate profile to see the shortcut overlay.

Fast screening workflow
- Open the first candidate from your list.
- Press Shift + R to review the resume.
- Use Shift + D for Discussion notes or Shift + Alt + E for Evaluation.
- Press Shift + S to advance, or Shift + Q to disqualify.
- Press Shift + Down to move to the next candidate.

Tips
- Practice on a few candidates before using shortcuts for high-volume review.
- Combine shortcuts with filters so the list contains only the candidates you want to screen.
- Use AI Scoring or knockout questions first when you need to reduce a large applicant pool.
