How to View Invoices
View invoices for your 100Hires subscription payments.
Accessing Invoices
- Go to Settings / Billing
- Find the Invoices section

- View list of past payments
Viewing an Invoice
- Locate the payment in the invoices list
- Click the invoice date
- Invoice opens in a new page
- View or copy invoice details
Invoices are displayed in the browser and cannot be downloaded as PDF files.
Invoice Contents
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number
- Invoice date
- Payment date
- Company name and address
- Plan details
- Amount paid
- Payment method (last 4 digits)
- Tax information (if applicable)
Finding Specific Invoices
The invoices list shows:
- Payment status (Paid)
- Invoice date (clickable)
- Amount
Scroll through the list to find older invoices.
Invoice for Tax/Accounting
Invoices can be used for:
- Tax deductions
- Expense reports
- Accounting records
- Budget tracking
Updating Billing Information
To change invoice details (company name, address):
- Go to Settings / Billing
- Update billing information
- Changes apply to future invoices
Past invoices cannot be modified.
VAT/Tax Information
EU customers
- VAT number can be added in billing settings
- Valid EU VAT may affect tax calculation
- VAT handling may vary by region - contact support@100hires.com for details
Other Regions
- Local taxes calculated based on billing address
- Consult your tax advisor for deductibility
No Invoice Available
If you don't see an invoice:
- Check the payment actually processed
- Wait 24 hours for invoice generation
- Contact support@100hires.com for assistance
Tips
- View and save invoices monthly for easy record-keeping
- Copy invoice details to your accounting system
- Take screenshots or print invoices for tax purposes
- Update billing address before renewal for accurate invoices
Who Can Access Invoices
Only users with admin role can:
- View invoices
- Update payment methods
Contact your company admin if you need invoice access.
