100Hires requires a corporate email address (like yourname@yourcompany.com) for registration. Free email services like Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, and others are not accepted during signup.

Professional appearance: When you send emails to candidates from 100Hires, your corporate domain appears more professional and trustworthy than a free email address.
Company verification: Corporate email helps verify that you represent a legitimate business.
What if I use Gmail for hiring?
If you genuinely use a free email address for your hiring activities:

- Explain your situation
- We can manually create an account for you
However, we strongly recommend setting up Google Workspace for your domain. It provides:
