Apply with Indeed Feature

When candidates visit your 100Hires career site, they can use "Apply with Indeed" to auto-fill application forms with their Indeed profile data.

What is apply with Indeed

Apply with Indeed is a button that appears on your job application page. When clicked:

1. Candidate authenticates with their Indeed account
2. Their Indeed profile data auto-populates the form
3. They review and submit
4. Application is received like any other

What gets auto-filled

From the candidate's Indeed profile:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Resume (if uploaded to Indeed)
• Work history
• Education

How it works on your career site

The Apply with Indeed button appears automatically on your 100Hires career site when:

• Job is posted to Indeed
• Candidate is viewing from a desktop browser
• Indeed integration is active

Candidate experience

1. Candidate clicks on job
2. Sees Apply with Indeed button alongside regular Apply button
3. Clicking Apply with Indeed:

• Opens Indeed authentication
• Returns with pre-filled data

4. Candidate reviews and submits
5. Application appears in your pipeline

Requirements

• Job must be public
• Indeed job board must be enabled for the job
• Candidate must have Indeed account

Tracking

Candidates who use Apply with Indeed:

• Appear in your pipeline normally
• Source shows as Indeed
• No special marking for Apply with Indeed vs regular Indeed applications

Tips

• Keep application forms short (fewer fields = faster completion)
• Only require fields that Indeed can fill
• Test the experience by viewing your career site
