How to Find Links to Your Published Job Ads on Indeed and LinkedIn

This article explains how to find and verify your published job ads on Indeed and LinkedIn. After posting a job through 100Hires, you can locate the direct link to view it on job boards or share with others.

Finding your job on Indeed

Method 1: From 100Hires (after first application)

Once your job receives at least one candidate from Indeed:

1. Open your job in 100Hires
2. Go to the Find Candidates tab
3. Look for the Indeed section showing "Published" status
4. Click the external link icon next to the status to view your job on Indeed

Method 2: From your Indeed company page

1. Go to your Indeed company page: https://www.indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY-NAME/jobs
2. Find your job listing in the list

Important: Check country-specific subdomains

If you post jobs to multiple countries, each country has its own Indeed subdomain. Your job will appear on the subdomain matching the job's location.

Example subdomains:

• United States: indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY/jobs
• United Kingdom: uk.indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY/jobs
• Canada: ca.indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY/jobs
• Australia: au.indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY/jobs
• Germany: de.indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY/jobs
• South Africa: za.indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY/jobs
• Colombia: co.indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY/jobs
• Argentina: ar.indeed.com/cmp/YOUR-COMPANY/jobs

If your job is not showing on one country's subdomain, it may not have been posted to that specific Indeed region. Check the Find Candidates tab in 100Hires for posting status details.

Finding your job on LinkedIn

From your LinkedIn company page

1. Go to your LinkedIn company page
2. Click on the Jobs tab
3. Your published jobs appear here

Timing note

LinkedIn job updates can take up to 24 hours to appear. If you just published or edited a job, wait at least 24 hours before checking.

Troubleshooting

Job not appearing on Indeed:

• Wait at least 1 hour after publishing
• Check the correct country subdomain for the job's location
• Verify the job status is "Public" in 100Hires
• Check the Find Candidates tab for any error messages

Job not appearing on LinkedIn:

• Wait up to 24 hours after publishing
• Verify your LinkedIn company page is properly set up
• Check that your LinkedIn Company ID is configured in Settings / Company
