Free trial jobs require verification before appearing on job boards:


  • Verification time: Up to 72 hours
  • Skip the queue: Subscribe to any paid plan for priority verification
  • Staffing agencies: May require additional verification

Jobs from paid accounts are verified faster and published with priority.


When jobs go live


After posting a job:


  1. Wait 24 hours before checking job boards
  2. Job appears on your career site immediately
  3. Job board distribution happens after verification

Checking if your job is live


To verify your job is visible:


  1. Go to Indeed.com and search for your job title - company name
  2. Check LinkedIn Jobs with the same search
  3. Look for your company page on Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter
  4. Use the trackable links in 100Hires to find direct job URLs


What affects job visibility

  • Jobs must have accurate job title and description

LinkedIn rules

  • Company page should exist on LinkedIn
  • Job title should match standard conventions
  • Remote jobs need proper location tagging

  • Changes can take up to 24 hours

Troubleshooting


Job Not Appearing

  • Wait full 24 hours before investigating
  • Check job status in 100Hires (should be "Public")
  • Verify job has complete location and description
  • Contact support if still not visible after 48 hours


Job Disappeared

  • May be under review after an edit
  • Check if job was moved to Draft status
  • Verify subscription is active
