How to Customize Your Career Site

Customize the appearance of your 100Hires career site to match your brand.


Accessing Career Site Settings


Go to Settings / Career Site


Basic settings


Career site URL


Your career site is available at:

https://100hrs.com/c/your-company-handle


To change your handle:

  1. Find the Career site handle field
  2. Enter your preferred handle
  3. Save


Company information


  • Company name: Displayed on the career site
  • Website: Link to your main website
  • Logo: Upload your company logo (highly recommended)


Visual customization


Background


  • Background image: Upload an image for the header area
  • Background color: Fallback color when no image is set


Description


Add a company description that appears on your career page:

  • Describe your company culture
  • Highlight benefits of working there
  • Keep it concise


Colors


Customize colors for:

  • Header font color: Text in the header area
  • Content background: Behind job listings
  • Content font color: Job listing text
  • Apply button background: Button color
  • Apply button font: Button text color


Typography


Adjust fonts and sizes:

  • Header font face and size
  • Description font face and size
  • Content font face and size
  • H1 header size
  • Job listing link size


Favicon


Upload a favicon (small icon) that appears in browser tabs.



Upload a default image for social media link previews (when sharing your career page on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).


Pro plan features



On the Pro plan, you can remove the "Powered by 100Hires" branding from your career site.


Preview changes


After making changes:

  1. Save your settings
  2. Visit your career site URL
  3. Refresh to see updates


Tips


  • Use high-quality logo and background images
  • Ensure text is readable against your background
  • Keep colors consistent with your brand
  • Test on mobile devices
