How to Upgrade Your Plan

This article explains how to upgrade your 100Hires subscription to access more features and remove limitations.


Upgrading your plan


  1. Go to Settings / Billing
  2. View your current plan

  4. Select your new plan (Advanced or Pro)
  5. Choose billing frequency (monthly or annual)
  6. Confirm payment


Plan options


From Start to Advanced

This plan unlocks:

  • Unlimited jobs, candidates, users
  • Automated emails
  • Knockout questions
  • Custom career site domain
  • Phone calling and SMS
  • 300 AI credits (up from 100)


From Start or Advanced to Pro

This plan adds:

  • Email carousel and warm-up
  • Contact enrichment
  • Onboarding support
  • Data migration (annual contracts only)
  • 800 AI credits


Billing details


Proration

When you upgrade mid-cycle:

  • You receive a credit for unused time on your current plan
  • The new plan charges start immediately
  • Your final amount reflects the difference


Annual vs monthly billing

  • Annual billing saves up to 50%
  • Annual plans require upfront payment
  • Monthly billing provides flexibility


Minimum seats

  • Advanced and Pro plans require a minimum of 4 seats
  • Contact support for exceptions on annual plans


After upgrading


Your changes take effect immediately:

  • You gain access to new features
  • Plan limits are removed
  • Your AI credit allocation updates
  • No data loss or migration needed


Downgrading your plan


To downgrade:

  1. Go to Settings / Billing
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Changes apply at your next billing cycle
  4. Features reduce after downgrade


Note: Downgrading may affect active automations and stored data if you exceed new plan limits.


Switching from annual to monthly


When you switch from annual to monthly billing:

  • The change takes effect after your current annual period ends
  • No mid-term refunds are available on annual plans
  • Contact support for special circumstances
