How to View Your Indeed Job Posting
Find and verify your job listing on Indeed to see how candidates view it.
Finding Your Job on Indeed
Method 1: Search on Indeed
- Go to indeed.com
- In the search bar, enter your job title
- Add your company name to narrow results
- Add the city/location if needed
- Click Search
- Find your listing in the results
Method 2: From 100Hires
- Open your job in 100Hires
- Go to the Find Candidates tab
- Check the Indeed toggle status

- If posted, search Indeed using the job details shown
Method 3: Indeed Employer Dashboard
- Go to employers.indeed.com
- Sign in to your Indeed employer account
- View all your active job postings
- Click on a job to see its public listing
What to Check
When viewing your job on Indeed, verify:
- Job title displays correctly
- Company name is accurate
- Location shows properly
- Salary range appears (if you added it)
- Description is formatted well
- Apply button works
Job Not Appearing
If you can't find your job:
- Wait 24 hours - New jobs take time to index
- Check job status in 100Hires (must be "Public")
- Verify location - Indeed requires specific locations
- Search variations - Try different search terms
- Check company page - Search for your company name on Indeed
Understanding Indeed Job Display
Indeed may modify how your job appears:
- Job descriptions are reformatted
- Salary may show as "estimated" if not provided
- Apply process goes through Indeed or direct to your career site
- Job may appear in related searches
Refreshing Your Listing
To update how your job appears:
- Edit the job in 100Hires
- Changes apply to Indeed within 1 hour
- Major edits may temporarily remove the listing during update
Tips
- Use clear, searchable job titles
- Include salary for better visibility
- Add specific location (city + state/country)
- Keep description concise and keyword-rich
- Check your listing weekly during active hiring
