How to Delete Your Account

This article explains how to delete your 100Hires account and remove all associated data. Account deletion is permanent and requires contacting our support team directly.


How to Request Account Deletion


Send an email to support@100hires.com from the email address you used to create your account. Include:


  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Your company name
  • Confirmation that you want all data removed


What Gets Deleted


When we delete your account:


  • Your user profile
  • All candidates in your account
  • All jobs and talent pools
  • All messages and email history
  • All files and attachments
  • All settings and configurations


Important Notes


  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • If you're an administrator, deleting your account may affect other colleagues
  • If you're the only administrator, the entire company account will be deleted
  • Request must come from the email address registered with the account


Alternative: Remove Yourself from a Company


If you want to leave a company but keep your account:


  1. Ask a company administrator to remove you from the team
  2. Your personal account remains, but you lose access to that company's data
