EU Customers: How to Provide VAT Number to Avoid Paying VAT


If your company is registered in the European Union, you can provide your VAT number to avoid paying Value Added Tax on your 100Hires subscription.


How to add your VAT information


  1. Go to Settings > Company settings in your account
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Find the VAT Profile section EU Customers: How to Provide VAT Number to Avoid Paying VAT: How to add your VAT information
  4. Fill out the required fields:
  • VAT number: Your EU VAT registration number
  • Legal name: Your company's registered legal name
  • Full address: Your company's registered address
  1. Click Save


How it works


After saving your VAT information:


  • Your VAT number is validated
  • Future invoices will not include VAT
  • The VAT exemption applies automatically at checkout


Requirements


To qualify for VAT exemption:


  • Your company must be registered in an EU member state
  • You must have a valid VAT registration number
  • The VAT number must be verifiable through the EU VIES database


Already paid VAT?


If you paid VAT before adding your VAT number, contact support@100hires.com with:


  • Your company name
  • VAT number
  • Invoice numbers for which you want VAT refunded
