Export candidate data from 100Hires to a spreadsheet for reporting, backup, or use in other systems.

How to export

  1. Go to any page with a candidate list (job pipeline, Candidates page)
  2. Select candidates using checkboxes:
  • Click individual checkboxes to select specific candidates
  • Click the header checkbox to select all on the current page
  • Click Select all X candidates to select everyone matching your filters
  1. Click the Export button in the bulk actions bar
  2. Choose export type:

  • CSV (all columns): Exports all profile fields

Export Types

CSV (Selected Columns)

Exports only the columns currently visible in your table view. Useful when you need specific fields.

CSV (All Columns)

Exports all available profile fields for each candidate. Includes:

  • Basic info (name, email, phone)
  • All custom profile fields
  • Tags and sources
  • Job assignments

What's Included

Exported data typically includes:

  • Candidate name and contact information
  • Profile fields you've configured
  • Tags assigned to candidates
  • Sources
  • Job and stage assignments
  • Application dates

Large exports

For large candidate sets:

  1. The export runs in the background
  2. A download link appears when ready
  3. Processing time depends on the number of candidates

Filtering before export

Narrow down your export using filters:

  1. Apply filters (by job, stage, tags, etc.)
  2. Select filtered candidates
  3. Export only the filtered set
