How to Export Candidates to CSV
How to Export Candidates to CSV
Use candidate export when you need a spreadsheet for reporting, backup, analysis, or handoff to another system.
Step 1: Filter the candidate list
Go to a candidate list, job pipeline, or job table view. Apply the filters you need first: job, stage, source, tags, AI score, location, or any other visible filter.

Step 2: Select candidates
Select candidates with checkboxes. You can select individual candidates, all candidates on the current page, or all candidates that match the current filter.

Step 3: Click Export
After selecting candidates, use the bulk action bar and click Export.

Export types
100Hires supports:
- CSV (Selected columns): exports the columns currently visible in your table view.
- CSV (All columns): exports all available profile fields for the selected candidates.
- Gusto Integration Export: sends selected candidate data to Gusto if the integration is connected.

What happens next
- 100Hires creates a batch export action.
- A download link appears when the export is ready.
- Large exports can take extra time.
- If an export fails for some candidates, review the failure count and reasons.
Best practices
- Filter before selecting to avoid exporting unrelated candidates.
- Use CSV (Selected columns) for simple reports.
- Use CSV (All columns) for backups or migrations.
- Check privacy and consent requirements before sharing exported candidate data outside your company.
