How to Star/Favorite Jobs

Star frequently accessed jobs to make them appear at the top of job lists and dropdowns.

How to star a job

From the Jobs page

1. Go to your Jobs list
2. Find the job you want to star
3. Click the star icon on the right side of the job row

From job details

1. Open the job
2. Hover over the job name in the header
3. Click the star icon that appears

Where starred jobs appear

Starred jobs appear at the top of:

• Jobs page: Starred jobs listed first
• Left sidebar: Job quick-access menu
• Dropdown menus: When assigning candidates to jobs
• Pipeline view: Job selection dropdowns

Unstarring a job

Click the star icon again to remove a job from your favorites.

Who sees starred jobs

Starring is personal to your account. Your starred jobs don't affect what other team members see.

Tips

• Star your most active hiring positions
• Star jobs you're currently focused on
• Unstar jobs when they're filled or less active
• Use starring to quickly switch between jobs during busy periods
