How to Use Email Carousel for Outreach

Distribute high-volume email campaigns across multiple accounts to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters. Email carousel helps you send faster while protecting your sender reputation.

Email Carousel combines multiple email accounts into a single sending entity. When you run a campaign, emails are automatically distributed across all connected accounts.

Avoid spam filters

  • Email providers flag accounts sending high volumes
  • Splitting across accounts keeps each within safe limits

Send faster

  • Single account: 50 emails/day = 500 emails in 10 days
  • 5 accounts: 250 emails/day = 500 emails in 2 days

Protect sender reputation

  • If one account has deliverability issues, others continue working
  • Reduces risk of domain-wide blacklisting

Step 1: Connect multiple email accounts

  1. Go to Settings / Integrations (https://app.100hires.com/settings/integrations)
  2. Connect additional Google Workspace or Outlook accounts
  3. Each account needs separate authorization

  1. Go to Settings / Email Carousel (https://app.100hires.com/settings/email-carousel)
  2. Click Add accounts to the carousel
  3. Select which connected accounts to include
  4. Save

Step 3: Use in campaigns

When setting up automations or nurture campaigns:

  1. Select the carousel as the sender
  2. System automatically distributes emails across included accounts

Email distribution

The system distributes emails based on:

  • Each account's daily limit
  • Current daily usage
  • Account warm-up status

Example with 3 accounts (50/day limit each):

  • Total capacity: 150 emails/day
  • 450-email campaign completes in 3 days instead of 9

Warm-up feature

New email accounts need warm-up before sending high volumes.

Enable warm-up

  1. In Email Carousel settings, enable warm-up for new accounts
  2. System starts with low volume (10-20 emails/day)
  3. Gradually increases over 2-4 weeks
  4. Daily limit auto-adjusts based on progress

Warm-up benefits

  • Builds sender reputation safely
  • Improves deliverability long-term
  • Prevents early blacklisting
  • Automatic limit adjustment

Best practices

Use dedicated accounts

Balance the load

  • Include accounts with similar limits
  • Remove accounts with poor deliverability
  • Monitor each account's bounce rates

Start conservatively

  • Begin with lower limits even if accounts allow more
  • Increase based on deliverability metrics
  • Better to send slower than damage reputation

Monitoring

Track performance at:

  • Email stats per account (Settings > Integrations)
  • Nurture campaign reports
  • Open and reply rates by account
