Integrate 100Hires with Zapier

100Hires connects to Zapier, so you can wire hiring data into other tools without writing code. Use 100Hires as the trigger to push hiring events out to other tools.

What Zapier unlocks

Push hiring data out (notifications to your team chat, hand-offs to payroll or HR systems, updates to spreadsheets, tasks in project tools) without standing up your own integration layer. Zaps run in the background, so your team keeps working in the tools they already use.

Common Zaps

Examples of automations teams build on top of 100Hires:

• Send candidates to Slack when they reach a stage.
• Add candidates to Google Sheets.
• Create Asana tasks for new applicants.
• Create Trello cards for candidates that need follow-up.
• Subscribe applicants to MailChimp for nurture sequences.
• Send candidates to an external testing tool (for example, TestGorilla or Criteria) when they reach the assessment stage.

Setup

1. In 100Hires, go to Settings > Integrations and find the Zapier section.
2. Copy your API key from there.
3. Sign in to Zapier and create a new Zap.
4. Search for 100Hires as the trigger app and pick the "New candidate in stage" trigger.
5. Paste your 100Hires API key when Zapier prompts for authentication.

From there, map fields to the action app and turn the Zap on.

Use Zapier's task history to monitor the Zap after it is turned on.

For high-volume event flows: consider webhooks directly

Zapier shines for cross-tool flows where the value is the catalog of connected apps. For high-volume, same-system event handling (every new application, every stage change), direct webhooks are leaner because you skip Zapier's per-task pricing. 100Hires supports webhooks at the company level or per job, so external systems can react in real time without polling.
