Integrate 100Hires with Zoom for Video Interviews
What the integration does
When you schedule an interview in 100Hires and choose Zoom for the meeting, 100Hires auto-generates a Zoom room and attaches the join link to the calendar invite and the email sent to the candidate. No copy-paste, no forgotten links.
Prerequisites
- A Zoom account that your team can use for video interviews.
- Access to 100Hires settings so you can connect Zoom on the integrations page.
Connect Zoom

- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find Zoom in the list and start the connect flow.
- Sign in to Zoom and approve the requested permissions so 100Hires can create meetings on your behalf.
Once the integration shows as connected, you are ready to schedule.
Use it on an interview

- Open a candidate and start scheduling an interview from the Interviews tab.
- In the interview location, pick the Zoom option instead of a physical address or a custom link.
- Fill in the rest of the interview details (interviewers, duration, day and time, interview type, evaluation form) and save.
100Hires auto-generates the Zoom room at save time and writes the join URL into both the calendar invite and the confirmation email to the candidate. The "Save and Preview Invites" step lets you review what interviewers and the candidate will receive before sending.

Disconnect
Go to Settings > Integrations and disconnect Zoom from the same place you connected it. Only future interviews lose the auto-generate behavior.
