How to Change Your Login Email or Password

This article explains how to change your login email or password in 100Hires. You can update your login credentials at any time from your user settings.

How to change your email

1. Go to Settings / User Settings
2. Find the Email field
3. Enter your new email address
4. Click Save

How to change your password

1. Go to Settings / User Settings
2. Scroll to the Change Password section
3. Enter your new password
4. Confirm the new password
5. Click Save

Password requirements

Choose a strong password that:

• Is at least 8 characters long
• Contains a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
• Is not used on other websites

Forgot your password?

If you can't log in:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for the password reset link
5. Click the link and set a new password
