How to Sponsor Jobs on Indeed
When you post jobs through 100Hires, they automatically appear on Indeed. To sponsor these jobs and boost their visibility, follow these steps:
View Your Jobs on Indeed
- Go to your Indeed Employer Dashboard: https://employers.indeed.com/jobs?status=open%2Cpaused&sortDirection=DESC&sortField=datePostedOnIndeed&tab=all
- Sign in using the same email address you used to create your 100Hires account
- Your jobs will appear under the "All Jobs" tab
- Click on the 'Sponsor job' link
What Happens After Sponsoring
Once you sponsor your job on Indeed:
Increased visibility: Your job appears higher in Indeed search results and gets more exposure to job seekers
More applications: Sponsored jobs receive significantly more applications than non-sponsored jobs
Same workflow: All candidates who apply through Indeed continue to flow directly into your 100Hires account, just like non-sponsored jobs
You don't need to make any changes in 100Hires. Applications from both sponsored and non-sponsored Indeed jobs are managed in the same way.
If You Don't See Your Jobs
If your 100Hires jobs aren't showing in your Indeed dashboard, this means they haven't been linked to your employer account yet.

We'll coordinate with Indeed to link your jobs to your employer account. This is a one-time setup process that typically takes 1-2 business days.
