How to Use AI Copilot in Candidate Profiles
AI Copilot helps you ask questions about a candidate and get a response based on the information already stored in 100Hires.
Use it when you want to summarize a candidate, compare their experience with a job, or create a quick evaluation before deciding what to do next.
Where to find AI Copilot
- Open a candidate profile
- Go to the Discussion tab
- Launch AI Copilot in one of two ways:
- Type
@in the comment field and select AI Copilot - Click Ask AI in the top-right corner of the Discussion tab
Both options open your saved prompts. Prompts you used recently appear near the top.
What AI Copilot can analyze
AI Copilot uses the candidate and job context available in 100Hires, including:
- Discussion notes and interview notes added by your team
- Email messages and conversation history
- Evaluation form answers
- Resume transcript and profile fields
- Application and questionnaire answers
- Job title, job description, AI scoring criteria, and job notes
Example prompts
You can ask questions such as:
- "Summarize this candidate's strengths and weaknesses."
- "Compare this candidate against the job requirements."
- "Give me a 0-100 fit score and explain whether we should interview them."
Add private evaluation context
If you have internal selection criteria that should not be shown to candidates, add them to the job's Notes tab. AI Copilot can use job notes together with the job description and candidate information.
