Multi-Company Access: How to Switch Between Company Accounts

If you work with multiple companies or clients, you can access multiple company accounts from a single 100Hires login.


How to switch companies


  1. Click your company name in the top left corner of the screen
  2. A dropdown menu appears with:
  • List of your companies
  • Create company link
  • Logout option
  1. Click the company you want to switch to


How multi-company access works


  • One user account can belong to multiple company accounts
  • Each company has its own candidates, jobs, and settings
  • Each company has its own billing (paid separately)
  • Your role may be different in each company (admin in one, recruiter in another)


Creating a new company


  1. Click your company name in the top left
  2. Click Create company
  3. Fill out the company details
  4. The new company appears in your company switcher


Joining an existing company


To join a company that already exists in 100Hires:


  1. Ask the company's administrator to invite you
  2. They go to Settings / Team
  3. They click Invite and enter your email
  4. You receive an invitation email
  5. Click the link to join the company


Common issues


I created my own company by accident:


If you meant to join an existing company but created a new one instead, contact the existing company's administrator. They can invite you to their account, and you can switch to using that one.


I can't see my company's jobs:


You may be looking at the wrong company. Check the company name in the top left corner and switch if needed.
