Why Can't I See My Company's Jobs

If you can't see jobs that your colleagues have created, there are two common causes.

Cause 1: Wrong Company Account

You may have accidentally created your own company account instead of joining your team's existing account.

How to check:

  1. Look at the company name in the top left corner
  2. Click it to see your list of companies
  3. If you see multiple companies, you may be in the wrong one

Solution:

  1. Get an invitation link from your company's administrator
  2. Click the link to join the correct company
  3. Switch to that company using the company switcher

Cause 2: Not Added to Job's Hiring Team

If you're a Recruiter or Interviewer (not an Administrator), you can only see jobs where you're on the hiring team.

How roles work:

Role

Can see

Notes

Administrator

All jobs in the company

No restrictions

Recruiter

Only jobs where they're on the hiring team

Stage-based visibility may apply

Interviewer

Only jobs where they're on the hiring team

Stage-based visibility may apply

Solution:

Ask an administrator to either:

  • Make you an administrator (grants access to all jobs)
  • Add you to the hiring team of specific jobs

To add someone to a job's hiring team:

  1. Open the job
  2. Go to the Team tab
  3. Under "Users not added to the team of this job, click to add them:", click the person's name

Role capabilities once you have access

Even after being added to a job's hiring team, what you can do depends on your role:

Interviewer

How to check your role

Ask your company administrator to check your role at Settings / Team.

Note: Interviewers cannot access the Team settings page. If you can see Settings / Team, you're at least a Recruiter.
