Answer:

We retain customer data for 6 months following account cancellation to allow for account reactivation if needed. After this retention period, we perform complete deletion of all account information including:

All customer data from production databases
Backup systems and archives
Log files containing personally identifiable information

Our deletion process includes:

Irreversible removal from all systems
Purging from backup retention cycles
Verification of complete data removal

Upon request, we can provide a certificate of data destruction confirming secure deletion has been completed.

Q2: Before deletion, what is the process that will allow us to retrieve our information before the account is closed?

Customers can export their data at any time before or during the 6-month retention period:

How to Sponsor Jobs on Indeed

When you post jobs through 100Hires, they automatically appear on Indeed. To sponsor these jobs and boost their visibility, follow these steps:

View Your Jobs on Indeed

Go to your Indeed Employer Dashboard: https://employers.indeed.com/jobs?status=open%2Cpaused&sortDirection=DESC&sortField=datePostedOnIndeed&tab=all
Sign in using the same email address you used to create your 100Hires account
Your jobs will appear under the "All Jobs" tab

Click on the 'Sponsor job' link

What Happens After Sponsoring

Once you sponsor your job on Indeed:

Increased visibility: Your job appears higher in Indeed search results and gets more exposure to job seekers

More applications: Sponsored jobs receive significantly more applications than non-sponsored jobs

Same workflow: All candidates who apply through Indeed continue to flow directly into your 100Hires account, just like non-sponsored jobs

You don't need to make any changes in 100Hires. Applications from both sponsored and non-sponsored Indeed jobs are managed in the same way.

How to @Mention Colleagues in Discussions

You can tag your colleagues in discussion notes. When you mention someone using the @ symbol, they receive an email notification with your note and a direct link to the candidate profile or job.

Use the search field at the top of any page to find candidates by name, skills, education, experience, or any information from their profile or resume. The search works across all candidate data in your system.

When candidates apply and upload a resume or when you add a resume manually to their profile, we store a text version so you can search the full content.

How Search Works

Semantic search: The search understands similar-sounding words. For example, searching for "Kathy" (with K) will also show results for "Cathy" (with C).

Partial matches: You don't need to type the complete word. Start typing and results appear as you type.
